Origin: Inga Edulis, known as Ice Cream Bean, Guama or Guaba, is a fruit native to South America. It is in the Mimosoid tribe of the Legume family Fabaceae. Our Ice Cream Bean is grown on our small farm in South Florida!Flavor Profile:  Ice Cream Bean is known for its cotton candy-like texture and subtle sweet flavor. It almost melts in your mouth when you suck on it.
How To Eat: Ready to eat when picked. Consume or refrigerate immediately upon delivery.
First come first serve, any orders that can’t be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.
One Fruit contains one piece of fruit (sizing varies)
Small Box contains up to 2.5-3 pounds
Large Box contains up to 5-6 pounds
